For choosing me as your photographer!
Session and Delivery:
The session takes place at an area venue/park, your home or business. Please plan a few hours so you do not feel rushed.
Unless otherwise stated, you will receive an online gallery about two weeks after our session. Your gallery is then live for two weeks, within which we will connect by email or phone to complete your order. Delivery time is about a week for files and about two weeks for prints.
Clothing, Hair, Make Up:
I recommend Simple. Keeping the clothing simple allows the focus to be on whom is being photographed. This makes for more powerful and timeless images. Suggestions: I request one mid to dark tone solid top. Long sleeves and simple neckline are best. A crewneck or turtleneck classic shirt or sweater. No logos or writing please. You are, of course, welcome to add anything additional and different, more creative perhaps (whatever you love) from what I describe above. We can work with two to three choices. Be comfortable both physically and in style. If you intend your images for business purposes, keep the above in mind as well as what you wish to project to your clientele/audience.
Outdoors: Jacket or sweater if chilly. Shoes that are comfortable for walking and that can get damp.
Hair and Makeup: I suggest what you normally do on both. If you wear no make up, a bit of powder is recommended for shine and a hint of lipstick.
Fees, Payment and Cancellation:
After I present you with your gallery of images and you make your top selections for retouch, I will send my invoice, due at that time. Your full gallery and top selections will be delivered by file transfer shortly thereafter.
Sessions, files and prints are all subject to WA state sales tax. The exception is if they are intended for commercial use in which case no tax will be charged.
Travel: my initial 20 miles are complimentary after which I bill at $1/mile. Toll fee is $15 round trip. Ferry destinations incur a charge of ferry fee + $5.
If you need to change your date, 24 hours is requested, more if possible. In the event of serious rain we will shoot indoors or reschedule.

Rights:
Your unlimited usage rights are granted with all your image files.
It is understood that Mary Grace Long Photography, LLC retains copyright of all images, as well as rights to use for her promotional purposes, in print and/or online. If you prefer any imagery not to be used for said purposes, please be sure to let me know.
